Yes you can!
Using KSC's print management system one can print to the Mason Library printers from your own person computer or from any computer outside of the library.
Use this URL: http://print.keene.edu which will open this log-in page:
Enter your KSC NetID and your KSC password and click on Log in.
Click on Web Print on the left-hand menu:
Click on Submit a Job:
When you click on Submit a job it will bring you to the Select a Printer page. The LibraryVirtual printer is automatically selected for you.
Click on - 2. Print Options and Account Selection
On the next screen chose how many copies of the document you need.
Click on - 3. Upload Documents - the following types of documents are allowed: .doc, .docm, .docx, .dot, .dotm, .dotx, .pdf, .pot, .potm, .potx, .ppam, .pps, .ppsx, .ppt, .pptm, .pptz, .rtf, .xlam, .xls, .xlsb, .xlsm, .xlsx, .xltm, & .xltx.
Click on - Upload from computer which will open an Explorer Window.
Navigate to your document using the Windows Explorer. If you need help you can ask a student assistant or email email@example.com.
When your document has been successfully uploaded you will see an icon for it on the Web Print page...
Click on - Upload and Complete
Note: depending on the size of your document it may take a while for it to complete uploading:
When your document has finished uploading you will returned to the main Web Print page with your document in a printer dialog.
Here you may continue to upload additional documents or you may release the existing document to a queue. To release (PRINT) your document click on - Held in a queue.
This Jobs Pending Release page will appear.
Click on - Release All to release (PRINT) all print jobs. You may also select individual print jobs by clicking print on the right-hand side of each document in the queue.
You may Cancel All or individual documents by clicking on Cancel All at the top or by clicking on cancel to the right of each document.
When you click on Release or Print you are given a choice of printers. Choose one that you prefer by clicking on it and then on Release to send it to the printer.
